Frequently asked questions
How much space do I need for an AWON store?
Typically, we recommend around 200–250 sq.ft of customer-facing space, plus whatever storage you can manage at the back or mezzanine. If you already have a space, share the dimensions and we’ll guide you.
Do I need prior retail experience?
Prior experience is helpful but not compulsory. What we look for is seriousness, involvement in day-to-day operations (directly or via trusted staff) and willingness to follow the AWON brand and quality standards.
What kind of margins and returns can I expect?
Margins depend on product mix, location and how actively the store is managed. Once your enquiry is shortlisted, we will share a detailed financial model and expected payback period specific to your city.
Who handles the supply of products and packaging?
All products and AWON-branded packaging are supplied directly from us, so you don’t need to worry about sourcing or quality checks from multiple vendors.
How soon can the store be launched after I sign up?
This depends on interiors, permissions and stock readiness, but typically a few weeks from final agreement and site readiness. Timelines are discussed clearly during the onboarding process.
