We shell, peel, grade, roast and pack cashew for exporters and traders who would rather own the material than the machinery. Your raw nut goes in. Your graded kernel comes out, packed under your name if you want it that way.
Four stages. Take all of them, or one.
Most customers send raw cashew and take back packed kernel. Some send kernel and only want it roasted. The line is the same either way — you decide where your material enters and leaves it.
Shelling & peeling
Steam conditioning, cutting and peeling. Whole-kernel recovery is what this stage is judged on.
Grading & sorting
Sorted to standard trade grades, whole and pieces, with colour separation.
Roasting & flavouring
Plain roast or seasoned to your profile — salted, pepper, red chilli, green chilli, peri peri.
Packing & private label
Bulk cartons, or retail packs carrying your brand and your artwork.

A colour sorter is fast and it is blind. It will pass a kernel that is the right shade and the wrong shape, and it will reject a good one that caught the light badly. Everything that leaves our floor is looked at by someone who has been grading cashew long enough to tell the difference at a glance — which is why the last word on a lot is never the machine's.
Experienced graders
Hand-checked against the grade after the sorter, not instead of it. The sorter does the volume; the grader settles the calls it cannot make.
Skilled cutting and peeling
Whole-kernel recovery is a hand skill before it is a machine setting. Our cutters and peelers have done this daily for years, and it shows in the outturn.
The same team, every lot
Not contract labour rotated in for a season. The people who run your lot are the ones who run our own retail production.
Supervised throughout
Stage supervisors sign off before material moves on, and you are welcome to put your own manager alongside them for the duration of your lot.
How a job-work order runs
Your material stays yours
We process against your lot. Nothing is pooled with ours, and nothing is substituted. You are buying capacity and labour, not nuts.
Outturn agreed up front
Recovery and process loss are agreed in writing before the lot is opened, and reconciled against the actual outturn on completion.
Minimum lot
Minimum order quantity is 5 tonnes of RCN per day. Smaller trial lots can be arranged for a first order.
Turnaround
Confirmed when the lot is booked, from arrival to despatch, subject to the stages you need and current line load.

Exporters and traders
Exporters
You need consistent grade, clean sorting and packing that survives an inspection at the other end. You do not need to own a plant to get it.
Traders & wholesalers
You hold raw material and the processing capacity you can find is either booked, unreliable, or quietly mixing your lot with someone else's. This is the alternative.

Before you ask
Does my material get mixed with yours?
No. Your lot is processed as your lot and reconciled against your outturn. We run our own retail material on the same line at different times, never in the same batch.
Can I visit while my lot is running?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Buyers who have watched their own material go through the line stop asking most of these questions.
Can you pack under my brand?
Yes. Send artwork and packing specification and we pack to it. We also do this for our own retail line, so the packing hall is already set up for it.
What does it cost?
Rates are quoted per tonne against the stages you take. Send the quantity and the stages and you will have a number the same day.
